Domestic Orders:

In the UK, orders are sent via a Royal Mail 2nd Class service charged at £3.95

2-3 working days (Not including Weekends, Bank Holidays or Public Holidays)

Orders sent as Next day are charged at £9.95

1 working days (Not including Weekends, Bank Holidays or Public Holidays)

Please note: orders received between Friday 16:00 GMT - Sunday 23:59 GMT will be dispatched on the following Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays or Public Holidays)

UK orders over the value of £30 are free.

International Orders:

All orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom are sent via a Royal Mail Tracked Standard service charged at £5.00

5-7 working days (Not including Bank Holidays or Public Holidays)

Customs & Import Fees

As all orders are currently shipped from the United Kingdom, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.

Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information

New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website, click here to go through.

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Cos Health Is Wealth, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Return of goods is at the users cost. We suggest you return your product using your domestic postal service on a standard shipping method, although we suggest you obtain a proof of postage and keep your paperwork until we have acknowledged receipt of your package. 

Please note: Products which have been sent sealed for hygienic and/or health reasons may only be returned sealed. If you have broken the seal, the products can no longer be returned.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your goods. This includes return transit time to our warehouse. Items must be unused, unwashed, have all original tags attached and be in a resalable condition. We cannot accept items that have distinct odours or signs of wear and tear. We assess all returns on this basis and if your item fails this assessment it will be returned to you.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or product please notify us by e-mailing customer service via contact@coshealthiswealth.com
  • If you consider your items to be faulty please first contact our customer services department on contact@coshealthiswealth.com and give a brief description of the fault, and location of the fault providing photographic detail if you feel this is relevant. It may not always be necessary for you to return your faulty goods to us, and we will evaluate this at the time and on a case by case basis.
  • Faulty good claims must be made within the 14 day period. Anything beyond the 14 days can be subject to denial. 
  • The returns parcel remains your responsibility until the goods are received and booked back into our warehouse.
  • Once we have received your package into our warehouse and it has been processed you will be informed of what action is being taken.
  • Exchanges are sent out on a standard service (not an express service)
  • Exchanges can only be made up to the original value of the goods purchased.
  • Your shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges for sale/clearance items.
  • Returns can take 2-4 days to process.
  • We reserve the right to return the items to you based on any of the terms outlined in our policy, goods will be returned to you in the same condition they are received in.
